Guidelines for Custom Tours

Full acess to areas to be shot must be granted one week prior to shooting.

Clear boxes and excessively loaded counters, hallways also shoud be cleared of exesive decoration.

Remove pool fence.
Choose the best time of day to shoot, notice that if the property has East and West sides it'll be better around noon.
When views preferred allow the sun to fall on the opposite side of the view about 30 to 45 degrees.
If Shooting a condo make sure you have permition to shoot the ammenities if needed.
For Big Tours allow close to an hour of shooting time.
